You will be happy to know that our upcoming all-gender recruitment is starting in February.
In order to play you must be at least 18 years old, and you will need to fill out the form on our Join Us page. Please complete all the information listed. Then follow the instructions on the follow up email.
Important dates for our first recruitment of 2019
INFORMATIONAL MEET & GREET: Tuesday, Feb. 19th | 8:00 pm
You will get a rundown of our new recruit training program, affectionately called Quad Killers, or QK for short. Learn the requirements of the program and our league, as well as what gear you’ll need.
You’ll have a chance to meet other recruits and you can watch a live scrimmage while the Meet & Greet is going on. No need to bring anything to this meeting, except for your questions.
RECRUITMENT BOOT CAMP: Tuesday, Feb. 26th | 7:15pm to 10:00pm
$15 at the door (cash/cards only)
Interested recruits get a chance to go through the exact skills they’ll be evaluated on during Kickoff Training. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN MOUTHGUARD TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BOOT CAMP.
Bringing your own skates and protective gear is encouraged, but loaner equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. In order to borrow skates, you MUST fill out the following Google form
KICKOFF TRAINING: Tuesday, March 5th | 7:15pm to 10:00pm
You’ll be evaluated on Section 1 of the Minimum Skill Requirements set forth by the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA).
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN MOUTHGUARD TO PARTICIPATE IN KICKOFF TRAINING
